Hello

Born and raised in Saskatoon, SK with a 7 year venture in Shellbrook/Holbein SK. Graduated with the Business Certificate from Saskatchewan Polytechnic in 2017. I plan to return to school to study something that can give back to my community. I want to support others to heal and grow the way I was supported on my healing journey.

I work full time while juggling single mom life, therapy sessions, AA and everything in-between. Hobbies include reading, writing, playing volleyball, going to the gym, being in nature, getting lost in music, travelling, trying out new cafes and spending time with loved ones.

I have dreams of becoming a public speaker someday to talk about my recovery journey, spread awareness about mental health/addictions and inspire others to join the journey.

This is my first time writing a book with the goals of writing many more. I currently have a second book in the works, with an idea for a third.
